"This used to be my go-to car wash. Convenient location, never busy, good vacuums. I went one time and I don’t think part of the car wash was working. I came out and my car was literally dirtier than when it went in. Few months later I decided to give this place another shot. My car was still so dirty after! I even paid for an upgraded wash. Such a disappointment. It took scrubbing my car off with their rags to make my car look better. I should’ve just done that at home and saved 15 bucks. If they see people scrubbing their cars off straight after a wash they should offer for them to go through again if they care about customer service. It seems like I am not the only one who had that problem judging from other reviews."

"I am glad that this was a free car wash. My car was still pretty dirty after the platinum (highest level) car wash option. As another reviewer had mentioned, the wash left a lot of grime on my car. I spent a good twenty minutes wiping my car down afterward. I had not washed my car in a long time, so I expected some spots may have still needed a touch up, but not the entire roof, the hood, and the windows. The car wash definitely helped, but it did not perform a miracle. One thing I noticed was that the car wash was really fast. It only took a couple of minutes to go through, which especially for the platinum level wash, was way too short. I am used to spending like $40+ on a car wash, for top tier, and my car is in there for like fifteen minutes or longer, not five. I'll probably go somewhere else next time. $25 is a great price but I guess you don't get what you don't pay for sometimes."

"First time visiting with my little car. There was an issue with the tire shine. I simply walked up and casually engaged the gentleman at the entrance. I didn't expect anything; I was simply pointing out the issue for them to correct it for the future. The gentleman was very friendly. He looked at the issue and gave my tires a full shine treatment (by hand) without hesitating. I tried to offer a tip, but he declined it politely. An excellent experience. (Good, strong vacuums, too.)"

"☆☆☆☆5☆☆☆☆ Well worth the wash. I really haven't done anything to my car in over a year and it looks terrible. The wash was good and made it look much better. The kicker was the vacuum and towels! I spent almost 2 hours detailing the interior. My 21 year old vehicle with 270,000 miles has NEVER looked this good. Thank you for providing the tools to clean up my car! You have a new customer now!
