"I dont stop at this weigels much, but sometimes i will because i want to preserve my car, and my boss offers me a ride on break. The reason I dont want to go back there, is the customer service i received on second visit. I was checked out by an older white lady, with red lipstick and black hair that may have been dyed. I decided to buy 2 bodyarmor waters, because of the discount on the sign. When i checked out, they rang up as their single price. She gave me a weigels card, which didnt work. I told her i could show her the sign, and she didnt say anything just rudely repeated the total. Idk why i paid it, instead of making her take one off"

"I had to make a stop at Habitat for Humanity to pick up some items for my neighbor, and realized I needed gas so I stopped over at the WEIGEL’S store number 26 and, I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the three gentleman, Dakota and Ji and Tac, that were working. I came in during a rush and the way they utilized teamwork to perfection and seemed to genuinely care about every customers day they interacted with….was inspiring. Weigles, not sure what’s you’re paying these gentlemen, but it’s not enough. I guarantee it’s not NEARLY enough. I don’t live in Knoxville, but every time i venture over this way I will be stopping by this store for a good dose of gratitude and inspiration."

"Psycho manager accused me and my fiancee of stealing snack at the gas station. The lady was prepared to lay down her life to check our purses for snacks she thought we stole when we had everything we wanted to get in our hands. Why would you want this woman to represent your store is beyond me. Please don't support this store. Also if you're reading this lady, you can go rot in hell"

"Came here to buy snacks for a movie. Looked around for a few minutes, was being watched like a hawk but whatever. After about 5 minutes, the woman working asked if i needed help finding anything as I contemplated which candy to buy. I politely said no. Another minute and she comes over asking if she needs to check my purse. Very weird to be accused of stealing when my partner and I are the only ones in the store and you haven’t taken your eyes off us. Maybe they’re homophobic, maybe they’re racist (my partner is Asian). Or maybe they’re just presumptuous jerks, who knows. I’m new to Knoxville and now I know Weigels is a no go!!"
