"We ordered a F-450 November 30 , 2021. Ford sent periodic emails stating they were behind but they were still working on the order. June 21, 2024, we received a call that they had received our truck! They also said they would not honor the price they agreed upon at the time of order. They increased the cost by $30 ,000. Needless to say, we said if they couldn’t honor the price, we would not accept the order. We own three other Ford vehicles, Matt Goss is service is wonderful but can’t say the same for their sales team"

"I recently stopped by Red Russell Ford on Parkside in a bit of a panic. I work nightshift, had just picked up my dog from daycare and noticed I had several nails in my tire. They got me right in, dog in towe. They looked too see if my tire could be patched, when it couldn't, changed out my spare and promptly ordered me a new tire. They also reached out to my warranty company to cover everything. They got me on my way so I could get to work on time that night. When my tire arrived, they worked around my schedule and let me come in when I was available. They really went above and beyond, being so kind in the process. I cannot say enough kind words about their service department!"

"My company recently bought a 2024 Maverick as a work truck for myself and I've had issues with the radio from day 2. I booked an appointment for almost a month out to take it to get the issues fixed and listed all of the issues I was having with it that included the android auto not working for more than a few minutes, the screen randomly switching to the settings menu for no reason, the radio randomly restarts on its own and randomly displaying a message saying the connected USB device is not responding when there isn't even anything plugged into the USB ports. I got a call later that day saying it was ready to be picked up thinking they figured out what was going on and I was good to go. No, not even 5 minutes after leaving the lot, android auto shut down. All of the issues are still there. Of course it's a work vehicle and I had to go on about my work day. Later when I got home, I looked at the ticket to see that a tech plugged his iPhone in and couldn't reproduce the issues. They didn't bother doing extensive testing or driving it around using android devices or anything other than a tech plugging his iPhone in for what I would assume to be 2-3 minutes. They don't care to diagnose or spend much time trying when they know they are not going to make money on anything that's under warranty. Most recently now, the radio will shut off after just a few minutes of being on a call with clients. I can't even use the Bluetooth to talk to clients. If you want the worst service and tech, go with Ford.."
