"Keypad doesn't work at the pump. Nozzles keep dropping while fueling. One of the cash register doesn't work in the store and fuel leaks in a nozzle. Looks like they decided to save money with cheaper supplies"
"I was very disturbed by some of the customer service issues I have been seeing. I have noticed a few new faces and I can say the new faces have exceptional customer service skills. On April 29th | went in for my usual morning coffee and that's when I became disappointed I was hearing the older black lady telling another coworker something's about another co worker and was bad mouthing this other co worker. I asked the one coworker who she was and she said it was her boss I want to point out her actions is very unprofessional and a I also asked the pilot lady who she was talking about and she said her evening manager so I decided to wait and went in and saw who she was speaking badly about and put the name badge with the person Betty was speaking badly about. I asked this worker what position she is and she said she was the evening manager. Now this young lady has always welcomed me in to the store and always told me thank u and have a wonderful day. She is very polite and professional never hear her complain and she is always running around making sure the store is very clean and stocked. Her name is brandy. It's obvious she is a good fit there especially as management. The other two managers in that store needs to learn customer service skills as well as not a good fit for management. The other two managers in that store needs to learn customer service skills as well as not to downgrade other co workers to other coworkers and especially in front of the customers. Once again so unprofessional! Also I failed to mention the store looks incredible with the remodel looks so clean up to date. the new black man that does the up keep to the restrooms and showers is doing an incredibly job. I haven’t seen the men’s restroom look that clean in a long time. Way to go new faces keep doing what your doing and maybe upper management needs to take a step back and evaluate the employees."
"On Tuesday April 16, 2024, this location of Pilot Travel center had its re-grand opening. The entire staff went above and beyond customer service."
"Greetings. I recently visited the Pilot travel center and noticed that it had recently undergone construction. Upon its opening, I found the fuel desk team to be remarkably friendly and helpful, as well as the restaurant teams. However, I observed an issue with the pump hoses that requires attention. It would be beneficial if they were designed with one long hose and one short hose to accommodate fueling on both the driver and passenger sides simultaneously. Presently, both hoses are of equal length, causing inconvenience when fueling on the passenger side while the driver's side hose is in use, as it cannot reach effectively. This adjustment would greatly enhance the overall efficiency and convenience of the refueling process for patrons."
