"From making appointment to seeing the doctor in the parking lot it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor & staff. When asking for an appointment they first wanted me to see a PA which I declined and wanted to see the doctor. I was first told it would be 7 weeks away. The appointment scheduler then told me I was over do for a wellness visit. I responded what has that to with a sick patient requesting to see the doctor. After questioning the wait for someone with a current illness the scheduler all of a sudden had an opening in 5 days. I was at the doctors office 15 before as requested called the phone # on the office window as directed on the phone an in a text. After15 rings no answer. So I hung up and checked the number which was posted and called again. It rang for 15 rings with no one answering. So I hung and walked into the office. The receptionist asked if I had any symptoms from a posted list and cough was one so I was told to go wait in my car. After 10 minutes a nurse came out to take a strep and Covid test. I told her I had most likely bronchitis which I’ve had multiple times, no fever, no aches, no lethargy, and no soreness in the throat. Only a small amount of white phlegm and wheezing in my chest. I asked if the tests were mandatory and they said no. So I declined. Well the receptionist and nurse complained to the doctor so he came out to my car and told me I was rude to them. Then all he did was put a stethoscope to my back and I breathed a few times. He didn’t even check my blood pressure. We discussed what I figured I had bronchitis and he sent three scripts to my pharmacy. Not a pleasant experience! In conclusion this being June of 2024 still pushing Covid tests seems like they were trying to pump up the bill with unnecessary tests."

I love being able to bring concerns or thoughts to him, and he will give me information and/or come up with a plan we both agree on. He truly cares about you as a person, and he NEVER LEAVES YOU WAITING — I love a doctor that respects my time as much as his! 10 of 10 would highly recommend"

"We recently were forced to find a new doctor as our previous doctor left the practice. She recommended Dr. Collin’s to my wife and I because she knew our idiosyncrasies and needs. I found him to be pleasant and open to discussion concerning my health issues. I arrived early and was ushered into an exam room and seen promptly. I greatly appreciated the concern for minimizing the wait. He was professional yet put me at ease. It was a pleasure and I look forward to an ongoing relationship with him as my doctor."

"We were referred to Dr. Collins by our previous physician as she is no longer with Tennova. Dr. Collins was very welcoming and had reviewed our records. We went over medications, he asked a few questions about our health/concerns and we made an appointment for our annual wellness exam. We were very appreciative of Dr. Collins and relieved that he is a good “fit” for us. We will miss our previous Doctor, but looking forward to a long association with Dr. Collins."
