"Their wasn't a place for zero star rating or I would have given Dr. Collins that. Possibly even a MINUS 5 star rating. The care was crappy and he himself was rude and non caring. He was always in a hurry and pushed you in a 5 minute window. Just offer some pills and send you on your way with no follow up or concern for your well being. I would not recommend Dr. Collins or his staff at all. Better for you to find another physician if you truly care about your health."

"They worked me right in via the patient portal website for a sick visit. I had messaged them the night before at 1024 pm and heard from them that morning. The front desk was sweet and prompt, the nurse that took my vitals was kind and considerate, and the NP that I saw, Catalina, listened to my concerns. I've been going to Tennova Primary Care for over a decade now and I recommend them highly, no matter what location you need for a sick visit or for your annual physical."
"Fantastic!!!,.. absolutely fantastic..I have been seeing Ms Gutierrez, a PA..(but she should, easily, be a doctor!) ..she runs a very efficient office, ..getting in was convenient, and the visit is right on point for the few health related items I was wanting to cover.. she easily knew the latest evidenced based treatments, ..quickly established the proper screenings for my profile,.. and is even helping me with a somewhat expensive medicine.. I could give no higher praise, and feel Anyone would be well served by allowing Ms Gutierrez to be your care provider... can hardly say enough excellent things... and I'm sure you will also! The office staff was friendly, timely, and made the visit flow easily... Bravo! to this office, an my provider on a busy Friday... T/y!"
