"Jeffrey L. Thode. Superior Court 6 Judge had me and my wife along with our 3 kids ages 2, 3, and 6yrs old evicted from our home for over 8yrs with less than 30 day’s notice. This was after he had said we would be given 90 days before the eviction process would begin. Furthermore, we had a document signed and notarized by the property owner James Kirkman that we were allowed to live there. But despite this, the judge completely disregarded the property owners will, and instead did what James Kirkman’s daughter Linda Savage who had been stealing from James Kirkman’s home on several occasions wanted. Witch was to have me and my family kicked out on the streets! This was so she could continue to steal from her father’s home while her father was in a nursing home. The Judge is intentionally helping a woman steal from her father! Including James Kirkman’s (her fathers) home! Judge Jeffrey L. Thode you have no business being a judge! You are corrupt, and have no moral compass at all. This is what was presented to Jeffrey L. Thode during court. Case # (64D06-2303-EV-0006000). To whom it may concern I have made a 60sec power point I have a document signed by the property owner James Kirkman also notarized (attached) saying and I quote…. • On the Date of Aug 31,2022 James Kirkman told Daniel Greenwell that he no longer wanted Bob and Linda Savage to enter his home without him (James Kirkman) there. That they betrayed his and Daniel Greenwell’s trust. (on page 1 circled) Me as well as James Kirkman have contacted the portage police department due to Bob & Linda Savage stealing from the house. Such as guns, money, locks, keys to the house & car, lock boxes, James Kirkman’s WILL and more. After this James Kirkman asked me to change the locks to the house. This is why Bob and Linda Savage are not allowed into the house. On the notarized document It also states…… • It is my will James E Kirkman that Daniel and Veridiana Greenwell can stay at my home (1960 Pleasant Meadows st, Portage, IN 46368) rent free for 6 months after my passing. And they cannot be kicked out of the home until then. (on page 3 circled) I have been a fulltime care give to James Kirkman for the past 2yrs. Witch is why I do not at this time have a job after James Kirkman moved to a retirement home towards the beginning of this year. I am currently looking for work that will provide for my family of 5."

"Called to obtain probate information after a family member passed away. Both individuals I spoke with on the phone here were completely rude and short. I hope if either of these women lose someone, people treat them with more respect than they showed me."

"Not sure how this court is even a court system. Supposed to be a fair judicial system. Was awarded a judgment against the defendant, got reversed somehow and with a lousy excuse in my opinion from a defendant on why they didn't show up, and should of been denied! Then on bench trail date I entered plenty of evidence on my claim showing damages, and even the defense admitting they owe me something!! On record and to the commissioner and in the end didn't win nothing. 0 amount. Even with them admitting and I having proof of them saying they will pay half for damages. Can't even make this up, have proof and was denied! I would advise you with this court for small claims, beware. A commissioner hearing cases, not an actual judge. Went 4 times to that court house wasted several days, hours, and money, and didn't get a fair hearing, Did not accept any entered evidence as proof of (SOME) damages, or anything I had to say as testimony and at the end of all of it, them admitting some fault and some restitution, to still got nothing. Wow! Beware of this courthouse."

"I went to court seen Judge drenth He literally put a warrant out for a failure to appear the next day so I spend another day in jail so I was wrongfully arrested, The first two is Judge Trent in the pink and then the piece of paper and yellow is what he gave me with my public defender on it that says court appointed attorney so if I never went to court why did judge Drenth put a warrant out for me when he seen me the day before?? That’s wrongful arrest that’s being wrongfully detained and that’s habeas corpus.. Welcome to porcupine county where they speak quills that you even when you’re innocent not doing anything wrong 1st amendment freedom of speech press and petition"

"I arrived in such cold weather from New York, having traveled 800 miles, But dear court officials did not even warn that they were closed. I left the job, traveled a long way from New York was disappointed. I came because I was given a penalty by mistake. Cancel my ticket because you and your fault of the policeman took me a full week. Because of your seriousness, I lost $ 2000."
