The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was very calming/relaxing, and the staff was amazing. "Tim was great to work with. He listened to our concerns and helped us plan a fun trip. With Covid, plans changed last minute and Tim was responsive and was able to get things worked out quickly. We did have a snafu with the transportation company upon our arrival at our destination, this was disappointing. While I believe Tim did what he could, it was not a pleasant experience. However, the rest of the trip went smoothly and we really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend working with Tim for any of your travel needs."
"We were referred to Tim and Discovery Travel by a friend who has used them in the past. The team at Discovery is great. Any questions we had they were able to answer either immediately or relatively quickly. We actually gave them a challenge as we had dragged our feet about where to stay for vacation. We emailed Tim and he sent us a short list of great family all inclusive resorts. We were not disappointed in our choice. Tim continuously communicated with us during the process. He continued to contact us before our trip informing us of current situations, documents needed, forms that we would need to fill out, etc. He even checked on us during our trip to make sure everything was going smooth. We did hit a small snag, and Tim even offered to assist with the issue. Fortunately it worked itself out. I highly recommend the team at Discovery Travel."
