Porter County Prosecuting Atty

"Dakota Stevens deserves justice. The prosecutor pursuing nothing more than a conviction of 6 years for his murderer and giving her bond exposes where the county stands in protecting the children of their local communities. This shows predators and murderers that Indiana had little to no consequence for future crimes. This is encouragement for sadistic, homicidal behavior. Something is very wrong in this county and it is contributing to a bigger problem that Indiana lawmakers and prosecutors protect people that hurt children instead of the victims or the victim's families."
