"I recently stayed at Quality Inn & Suites in Portage, Indiana, and was impressed by its cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering a decent selection. The remodeled rooms were not only comfortable but also convenient, located next to the toll road and Expressway, making it a smooth 45-minute drive to downtown Chicago. Special mention to Jan at the front desk, whose exceptional service made my stay even more delightful. Her warm demeanor and helpful attitude truly made her a kindred spirit, adding a personal touch to the overall experience."

"The clerk give me discount because of my late check-in. Only got one room key because only 3 left that day. Refrigerator not cold enough. Bed was comfortable!"

"Found this hotel on Google maps while traveling. It's a bit off the main drag, but the prices are good despite the fact they charge a refundable deposit. The hotel is spacious inside, with large hallways and staircases, but it seems to be a rebuild(?) and perhaps originally it was a motel and then enclosed? Speculation on my part. Either way, I was surprised to find a very large room with a sofa and ottoman, along with a queen size bed and a large plasma TV. The furniture seemed to be a bit worn and some were stained, but the room and bath looked clean. Most importantly, I would like to say it was quiet,(there were very few guests on Wednesday night) but there was a family with children who let them run up and down the hallways. The management did nothing to stop it. So much for falling to sleep quickly after a long drive."

"Booked the room on short notice, people were friendly ,room was clean also had a nice breakfast. Was close to train tracks did hear trains throughout the night but it was not a problem it was almost kind of cool to listen to them. Only downfall no elevator you have to climb the steps to the second floor."

"We had a great stay at this Quality Inn & Suites. The room was spacious and very clean. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, plus a convenient ice machine. TV and internet were good. Your desk attendant, Jan, was awesome! Helpful and pleasant. Plus breakfast, which helped us get on our way early."
