"This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My husband scheduled me a massage today 6/2/24. After selecting my services he was asked to pay upfront for them. As I’m getting the massage the lady kept walking out the room LEAVING THE DOOR OPENED, she was extremely rough to the point I could t even relax, let alone fall asleep! As the massage was over and I was getting dressed, the lady walks in the room without knocking… I was in the middle of putting on my bra! Then as I’m walking out the room she comes in and shuts the door and demands that I tip her. I let her know that my husband was bringing me cash to tip, she then tells me to stay in the room until he gets there! I told her absolutely not! I will never book here again and wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to book here! Safe yourself an experience from hell and go somewhere else like Massage Envy, which I do have a membership with but they were booked today."
