"Why is there never ANY music in here? I go here often and it's so quiet you could hear a dime drop from one side of the store! It's one of the better area Targets, but it's spooky how quiet it is here compared to smaller stores that Actually have something playing."
"I was very disappointed by my experience at this location today. The bins outside the store are overflowing with trash. The shelves in several aisles were very disorganized and chaotic. Boxes were strewn about and scattered everywhere. These reasons are why people avoid Walmart. Not what people expect from Target. What a shame."
"I don’t frequent the Merrillville Target location much. I was in the area and went to return an item and when I walked in there was no wait line in the return section so it was quick and easy. I love that I was given the option to put the credit back in my card or on a GC. I chose the GC cause I was going to shop anyway so it was a win/win"
"I have been coming to this Target forever, today I had the WORST experience ever. I talked to three employees the 2 female employees I spoke to lied through their teeth were not helpful and did not follow up. The one male employee was VERY helpful, followed back up and brought me my order. The lazy manager for the night sent a message that I needed to come in the store if I wanted to speak to them after waiting over a hour to get my order. Just because it was busy is not an excuse for very poor customer service. Thank you to the one young man who went above and beyond to resolve my issue."
