"I was very disappointed in the service I received. Not only did my stylist (Janay) create an additional cost on $110 after she got done, even though she told me it was $225 total initially, but I also did not receive the type of service I would expect for $325 (sew in). Even though I had my hair wash, conditioned, and blow dried prior to my arrival, I sat and waited for at least 4 hours. The entire shop what unclean (specifically the bath room) and there was an unprofessional atmosphere. I will NOT be returning."

"Tein did my knotless braids. She was nice and very professional. I gave 3 stars because other stylists can be overheard talking about other clients in a negative way. Stylists having personal phone conversations that can be heard by clients."

"I came at 8:05 for a slick ponytail it took her almost 3 hours to finish! Very unprofessional! Raven never is on time when she does my hair. She’s slow and doesn’t show any remorse! My last visit she stopped doing my hair and was gone for 2 hours and came back like nothing was wrong. Pitiful!"

"My first time coming into the shop. Megan did medium, 44 inch box braids in my hair and was done in 2.5 hours!!!! As I sat and watched the other stylist, everyone can really do hair and makeup. I live an hour away. This is my new spot and Megan is my new stylist. Plus I've known her since she was little."
