"My first three visits to Linh Nails were great. My natural nails were long so I would get gel polish manicures, and I had one pedicure. My fourth trip was not great. I arrived on Saturday at 9am when they opened, like I had for my previous three visits. My pedicure was fine. I knew the young girl was one of the newer staff members, which explains the sloppy paint job on my toe nails. I can get over that, I suppose. I decided to get my first set of acrylics ever because I kept breaking my natural nails. An older man began removing the gel polish from my last manicure and he had to get up several times to check out other clients. He then relocated me to another table for another man to finish my full set manicure. This second man was very rough with the nail drill when removing the rest of my gel polish and he hurt me several times. I would pull away and say “ow!” but he continued to be too rough. I was asked if I wanted a full acrylic nail or tips, I was confused at first (again, my first time) but then said I wanted full nail. Well he decided to give me just tips anyways. I had already picked out a gel polish, but he decided to put powder on my nails instead (he picked the color, also). I was very confused and the older man walked over and said powder was much better than gel. Not sure why I was repeatedly not given what I asked for! He also used a dirty brush to apply the powder. There are clumps of sparkles in my nails and it just looks dirty! This is so disappointing considering I had good experiences before yesterday’s visit. I understand they were very busy, but this experience was unprofessional and bad enough to keep me from returning."

"They did better than any salon I been to. The lady who did my nails was so sweet and was the first person to ever have a conversation with me. They make you feel very welcoming and easy to talk to!"

"This is the best nail salon in the area PERIOD! They did a phenomenal job on both nails and toes. If you still wondering where Linh is at, come to this place! Their pricing is reasonable as well."

"I really wasn’t going to write a review because I think this shop has a lot of potential and I didn’t want to drag it down but I made and appointment for Wednesday at 10am with Linh. I got there and she asked if someone else could do my pedicure and I didn’t mind. As the young man did my nails he suddenly gets up and walks away. After a minute or 2 another gentleman came to finish saying the young man felt sick and had to leave. Once my pedicure was finished I was moved to a station while Linh worked in someone else. The guy who did my pedicure started removing my no chip polish. After that Linh hurriedly put my acrylic on then went back to the person whose nails she was working on and I was moved to another station with another young man. I mentioned that I wanted Linh to do my nails and she responded he can do a good job so I agreed because I saw how busy she was. I hated the shape of my nails but the young man didn’t understand English so I didn’t push the issue. He did a lovely job in the design but he was rushing so badly he wouldn’t let the polish cure until the light went off which concerned me that my nails would chip. Sure enough by Sunday my nails were chipped. I could not be more disappointed. I believe Linh is a very good nail tech but the shop is filled with inexperienced staff and that will hurt her in the long run. She really needs some help that is talented not young men practicing."
