"We purchased our home back in April of this year. Had it inspected and everything BEFORE purchase only to find out yesterday that due to connection issues and weatherhead height, should have never passed a home inspection. Long story short, NIPSCO came out because of a low hanging wire and told me I would need to have my weatherhead replaced by an electrician before they could change anything out on their end. I’m still new to the area and called a few places but Corey was the guy we went with! Replaced the old wiring with new, put in a new pipe/weather head that was the correct width (unlike the one that was passed by the inspector) and made sure he had enough height with the new pipe to allow NIPSCO to come out and have the height needed for regulation purposes. Great customer service, quick responses and extremely knowledgeable. He knew this was a job that needed to be done in a timely fashion and came out same day and made sure to answer any questions we had during the process and let us know step by step what was happening. This definitely was not an expense we were expecting to have to pay considering our inspection but Corey worked with us on price and was very reasonable.
