"Racist. The only word I can use and i am genuinely shocked at the treatment i received. I walk in 8am today( tuesday) which is the time the guy told me to come. He says nothing to me , doesn’t even look and me and just hands me a paper to fill out ( no clue what he wanted me to fill out). He asked no questions about the problem of the car or anything. The only thing he said was ‘ i’ll call you’. 5 hours go by , so i go to check up. Another guy is there (the guy i originally talked to had left for the day) , says i never came at 8am, he said they weren’t open at 8am(but he had my guy so I clearly had came before) Then later tries to say i came too late. Okay, then he says ‘ when this car pulls out we can pull yours in’. I waited and a car pulled out, he then tells me he won’t look at it because i was ‘late’ for my appointment. Go somewhere else truly, if you aren’t hispanic they won’t even look at you. I am hispanic and black so it’s really sad to see."
