"Went to Al's tire shop to get a used 205/65 R15 tire for a 2003 Toyota Camry. Talked to him on the phone first. He told me it was in stocks. Got in the shop and Al Jr. Was real friendly and professional. When his team member installed the tire he used a torque wrench on the Lug nuts. That's when I knew they were the truth. Great Job. Great prices. I will be back."

"If I could give O stars I would....I came here to got my exhaust repaired because it had fallen off. I've been very patient, transparent, and honest with not only Acima but as well as Al's tire shop. The flex pipe was never replaced. They kept trying to weld & keep it together THREE TIMES. not only did they not do their jobs right but, they cost me $640 in damage. I had to get a new converter, hanger, etc because the damage of the welding that they tried to do. When I took it to them the 3rd time after it had fell off they had told me "You will need to come out of pocket to get it fixed" now listen. Al's tire shop didn't do their job in the beginning. Which caused the hangers and everything under to fall apart. I paid you guys well over $2,000 to get my car fixed the right way. Now I have to come out of pocket because Al's tire shop didn't do their job right. I had to go somewhere else for professional work, because I have a life and responsibilities to attend. I didn't want a unprofessional shop who already messed up my car for the THIRD TIME fix my car. I have kids and a good job that I need to attend to. I have responsibilities and my time is more valuable than anything. Not only for that, but I paid Al's tire shop to do what you where suppose to do in the first place. They completely ignored the first steps that it took to fix it the problem and tried to put a bandage on it to make more money. Like I said I know it's not Acimas fault for work that they did, but I am upset that no action is taken towards this. action is taken towards this. I've been very reasonably and patient with you guys. This is really a very big inconvenience to my life & I tried to work it through, but at this point it's really affecting my daily life. I'm trying to be honest and transparent with you all. It seems like I am getting nowhere with anything & I can't continue to do this. I'm giving you guys the opportunity to make things right"
