"I had repairs completed on my car (Warranty) during the repair process. I was informed I needed 2 new tires for the front of my car. I purchased them of course, However the tires were used . I paid $380 for the tires and balancing. Both tires were no good within 90 days of purchase I needed new tires. I inquired about the warranty on the new tires. The owner discarded me and my question. He provided no assistance nor warranty information. I would never use this place again."
"Went in with my 2020 Kia Stinger for a drive shaft. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Saved a few hundred dollars not going to the dealership! Service was quick as well. Highly recommend"
"Everytime I take my vehicle here, it gets fixed. However, this time some questionable things occurred and it cost me a lot of money. Also, there is a rattling sound that was not there. I had a Starter put on my vehicle. About a week later, the Starter went out & I was stranded on the side of the road. I had the vehicle towed to a mechanic shop, who told me I had a bad Starter. Everything else checked out to be okay. However, once I returned the vehicle to this shop where I had my warranty, everything was not okay. I was told the Warranty covered the Starter but, now I had an even more expensive problem. The fuel injector went out and I needed to pay, I believe, $600 (fuel injection). Why did the other shop not see that problem? I gave the man permission to take his time and he really took advantage of that. I think it was two weeks before I received the vehicle back. Was he that busy or was something else going on? If you have a vehicle that long, should you return it with a rattling noise or in tip top shape. There are other things, the SUV feels lower to the ground & my trunk won't open but, I can't say this shop is responsible for that. There are many other people who have shown me they are out to get me. Thank you!"
