"My new tub/shower looks beautiful, & the crew that did the install was great. However, there were some discrepancies between the inspector & Lori K regarding how the plumber (a subcontractor of Lori K) did the plumbing. Naturally, I was very concerned that I just spent thousands of dollars on something that is going to end up giving me issues with in the future (like I was warned about by the inspector). One of the owners was extremely rude and dismissive. The sales rep that I dealt with was useless. After the install, I had people showing up at my home MULTIPLE times without scheduling something or even calling ahead of time. I did finally speak with one of the other owners who was very kind, but if it wasn’t for him, this review would have been even lower."
