"This company is not very friendly. We built a new house and our warranty on the carpet is only for one year, because of covid and other issues, this company will not be flexible with there warranty. So do not buy there products, you only have one year and only one year to make your issues known. The owner is very rude, and not flexible at all. So stay away from this company as you will have better luck using another company. Support another business, because this company does not care about referrals or your own safety in your own house"

"Rated A+++. Let me preface this review by stating I am an experienced D-I-Y-er that can handle just about any repair or remodeling project. But a basement concrete floor that requires grinding and leveling is a bit beyond my expertise. I happened to see one of their vans headed to work at 6:00am...impressed they were up this early headed to a job so I thought I would stop by their store. A smart decision. Tremendous selection, no hard sell and listened to what I wanted to do...basement remodel using LVT that required grinding down the floor, sealing a crack and leveling a slope to a drain. All I can say is the installation is excellent and the floor is beautiful. Exceeded our expectations, great people to work with and I forgot to mention the competitive price. You won't do any better elsewhere."

"I have a very unpleasant experience dealing with this company. After several trips to the store I finally received an appointment for a measurement. After an incredibly inconvenient wait for someone to measure, I was assured that I would have a quote right away. I had to make 3 additional calls and still never received a quote. After calling an expressing my disapproval with the lack of communication, an employee repeatedly offered excuses to rationalize the poor service they gave. With as many options as there are out there, there is no reason to put up with such an unprofessional company."

I got estimates at other places, Direct Floors was the best one and I didn't get the feeling they were over charging and padding the bill. It was a fair price.
