"I ordered online for a delivery. My items were delivered. However my doorbell was not rung. My items were left outside all evening and night. They could have been stolen. I’m a senior and I appreciate that no assembly was required. But I’m thoroughly disappointed and upset that my items were left outside with no notification that they had been delivered. Is this the new way for deliveries from your store? Oh by the way I love my cabinets. Going forward I will not use this method of delivery!!"

"My husband and I are everyday Menards shoppers and when our washer went out and need something ASAP that was in stock and take home same day, our first thought, Menards, especially this location cause of the massive amount of inventory and selection. We found a great pair for a great price. Got the pair home and instantly from the moment we opened the boxes and removed the styrofoam, there was massive damage to both appliances. We understand a slight possibility of a dent or scratch but what we purchased is in worse shape than the ones we were replacing. So as we proceed to install them and test them, the dryer makes a bunch of chatter noises that a brand new dryer should not make! It sounds as if there is a loose part or damaged part from it either being dropped or something dropped on it. I tried to upload not only pictures but a video as well but only pictures are allowed. My husband and myself are very very dissatisfied, absolutely outraged and completely disappointed in our everyday store that guarantees 100% Dedicated to Service and Quality and the place to "Save BIG Money" on all your home improvement needs instead we received the complete opposite! Regardless if we bought the most expensive pair or the cheapest, there is absolutely no reason to receive damaged product! I will NOT recommend anyone to Menards for washer and dryer purchases and depending on if I have to return the set and go somewhere else, Menards will never get my business again let alone recommend them to anyone! We spend countless time and money at this business through out the year and do not have a problem taking it somewhere else. Our grand total including the pair also applicators for them came out $1,412.17. I do not remember seeing damaged goods on the fine print! I will be contacting corporate in the morning and furthering this issue to get resolved!"

"Wow best hardware store, complete in all ways , they even have a grocery store section , you find everything easily, customer service is always friendly and helpful, I wish he have this store where I live in Maryland , Shannon ,the lady in the pick up Departament was nice and helpful even though she was very busy"

"11-2021. Want to thank Dave who is a employee of Menard. I asked him if he knew anything about electric stoves, he said yes. Dave was so helpful and explained the difference between models.. he got us a cart and even took it down to cashier. He deserves the recognition as a caring employee. We bought Marshall 3D electric stove. Very pleased with it. Our furnace went out, had to borrow neighbors space heater.. So we bought Marshall stove this will help keep house warm. Plus it is so attractive...9/2020. We are cleaning our 27 year old deck. We are using 30 Seconds deck cleaner concentrate and a pump sprayer. Better than the hose on our deck. We had to use a brush also. It is doing a fairly good job.......Love Menards. Brightly lite. Has just about everything we are looking for. I can pick up milk, water, groceries and household items while my husband is doing his thing. Nice selection of lawn furniture. Halloween and Christmas when in season."
