"We purchased our bathroom and kitchen from Von Tobel. Chris did a fantastic job from start to finish. He walked us through all the options in detail. Made several great recommendations on special extras with the kitchen cabinets. I will definitely be recommending Chris and Von Tobels team!"
"NEVER buy windows from here!! Awful customer service!! They do not personally come out and measure the windows or give customers guidance on how to properly measure for the windows! They also do not work with you if a mistake is made. We unfortunately ordered the wrong window unknowingly because they give you no guidance! After spending A LOT of money at this store you would think they would work with you, but nope! Would not give store credit, restocking fee, nothing. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE BUY FROM HERE. They should truly be ashamed of their customer service. PLEASE NO ONE BUY FROM HERE SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!"
"I love my new Kraftmaid vanity and Onyx vanity top! Thanks to Ted Hanson and his help with making my choices turn out to be just as I had envisioned!"
"I gave this place more stars in my initial review because, they paid for the installer's destructive job on my kitchen. I gave them extra stars for fixing the issue I knew about. Well now it's barely a year later and we discovered that the sink is pulling away from the countertop. I went in and gave them pictures showing where the sink was pulling loose from the counter months ago, and the first thing the new manager said was - Well it's not our fault. We'll have to contact the contractors that installed it. I said no, the contractors wrecked my kitchen, and they're not coming back. So i get the "Give me a few days" promise, and didn't hear from them until I called a week later. Got some more run around that they were still trying to get something lined up. So two more weeks, and still nothing. I got an Email telling me that they had finally contacted someone and they would keep me in the loop. After another month of being "OUT" of the loop, I decided to patch it myself. I must admit I'm pleased with my patch job, "BUT" I don't know if Flex-Seal is a permanent solution to hold keep the sink from pulling loose from the counter. It has stopped the water from running into the cabinet below the sink though, for now. ********************** DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CONTRACT WORK OUT TO THE CHEAPEST BIDDER, AND THE COMPANY THAT DID MINE APPEARED TO HAVE NEVER DONE A KITCHEN COUNTER AND SINK INSTALL BEFORE. I really hope I never have to replace my stove, because the stove is literally wedged in place between the two sections of counter they installed. ****************************** They sub-contract to probably whatever company they can get the best deal from. In my case, I could have done a better job than the the wreckers that came out. And - of course - if the job is done poorly - it's not their fault. Of Course, I had to pay them for the job, but somehow it's not their responsibility And "GOOD LUCK" if you need something redone. After nearly four months, I doubt I'll be hearing from them."
"I would not recommend Von Tobel. I had a very rough experience when purchasing materials for our house. Our sales representative did not know residential code and sold us windows that failed inspection-non tempered glass where it should have been tempered and operable windows on the second story 18β from the ground. In addition, they changed the rough opening sizes of almost all our windows without telling us and I had to pay my carpenter 6k to reframe all the rough openings the day the windows arrived. The worst part was that this representative was dealing with some MAJOR personal issues and was rarely available to sort out all these critical errors. Instead of handing our account off to someone who was-it was constant radio silence. I would NOT recommend this company for major material purchases."
