"I have never been talked to or treated so poorly in a professional environment by an employee. We dealt with an employee named Ryan. When I asked to speak with someone else he advised his other employee was on break for 2-3 hours and his boss was recently fired. He was down right mean from the minute we walked in the store. My daughter as actually in tears from his words. We ended up at another TMobile store in a near by vicinity and were treated very nicely."

"Went to store today 7-25-24. We spoke to a manager at first who was very nice. He had to turn of the anti-theft on my 14 year old daughters phone. This process took an hr. We had a phone picked out and he said he would hold onto the phone if we came back in an hr. So we came back in 1hr on the dot and we speak to Ryan. Ryan was ignorant from the second we walked through the door. We told him we came back for the phone the manager took us he was holding. Ryan began to lecture us on how they don’t hold onto phones. Then I asked him to talk to the manager that said he would hold it. He told me he was on lunch and I told him I’d wait for him. He said go ahead he won’t be back for 2-3 hrs. I asked him to see if he put the phone to the side for us. He got extremely mad went in the back and said no he didn’t. My daughter was devastated. I told him why would he say he would hold it then it not be here. Then he switched gears and told me he sold it. Ryan is the worst person I ever dealt with in customer service ever!!!!"

"If you have a warranty on your phone they are very unhelpful. They just want you to buy a new phone and say that T-Mobile warranty is hard to do and your going to spend more money and time trying to get it fixed. The Highland store is where you want to go for great service!"
