Target

"I would give 0 stars but I'm thinking the condition of the store is due to lack of help. I've never been in a Target that looked like a dump til today. They have always been such clean stores. Very disappointing!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. I shop here ALL the time, and tonight was probably the last time. Deana the manager is the worst. My husband forgot his cellphone and when I called to let them know I would be there at 10:00 they refused to help and hung up the call. We called again and asked to speak to a manager since the store associate had told us she was listening to the call. She refused to pick up the phone and waited till 10pm to hang up. We even went as far as telling them we would involve an officer for them to feel safe. There were people in there still shopping when we got there!!! It was 10:01pm and she still gave us a hard time. Target DO BETTER!!!"

"The St. John store was my favorite for years, but that is over. The groups of rude young adults that spend their weekends/holidays home from college tormenting folks in the parking lot has gotten out of control. Also, the store has become very messy and lacking in several areas. Shopping at this store was so enjoyable in the past. I miss those days. It really stinks because the 25 mile drive to St. John was the closest for us. Now, I drive further and go out of state to avoid the nonsense"

"Made trip from Illinois to gwt the frozen cookie shapes. Freezer case was empty but still have it active on website. I was watching Patty help so many people. She was patient and friendly. She went above and beyond to help me. She even went to freezer in back to find them. God Bless Her."

"I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I asked to buy Mario Party Super Stars but they got me Super Mario Party instead. I have a Switch Lite, and after getting home and trying to play it on my Switch Lite, it said to connect wireless controllers. I didn't know that you can't play Super Mario Party on a Switch Lite. As a result, I ended up returning the game."
