"Was surprised when I went in yesterday to buy a Steam card and was asked what I planned on getting with it. Usually, Gamestop employees are real pushy about signing up for there rewards or trying to get you to pre-order upcoming games. This employee didn't push any of that and instead made small talk with me about what I was interested in buying. Then for good measure he reminded me how many points I had in my account so I could save myself some money next time. I'll be back here for sure next time I need something and I hope more of there employees take a note from this gentleman's approach."

"If you have to call. Good luck. Cancelled my order and got it somewhere else. The staff has gone downhill since they keep firing people the past year. If you have kids or children to buy for or like games go somewhere else if you can. Its honestly becoming a chore to even get anything from here at this point. I hope there customer service improves on orders and the phone. Its 70% items 30% games. I think that they forgot there main goal is games not merchandise. The staff is always nice though, but not as great as the staff that was there for years prior. I pray they improve Target has a better selection & is cheaper with a red card & price matches. Also the new games come sealed & have cover art......."
