"Went in the store for 2 items left with 17 which we all know how that is. They had full shelves and a variety of good items to choose from. Clearly since I left with 17.The cashier (Rigby) was very helpful and friendly. She's one of the reasons I'm leaving this review. Not enough good reviews are put out there. Only bad reviews seem to be the trend. Shot out to all Customer Service Workers who don't hate their jobs❤️ I will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes farther (from the dollar store nearest to my house) to come here."
"Typical Dollar Tree. On the smaller side. Can usually get in and out quick."
"Went here Friday evening 12/8 one lady working the register, carts with merchandise, stocked in boxes on the floor in the isles, no one but cashier, was a line of 4 to 5 people, that is overwhelming for any one person with a line like that, lady bagged stuff wrapped glass best she could,as I got out the door glass in bags were broken, then seen guy locking doors, why when there was a line of 4 to 5 people when there was another employee there not helping to get the people out of the line and out the door?"
"I was in the store this morning around 11:20 AM. I originally stopped in last week to ask for a refund on two Halloween blowup ghosts that had holes in them. The woman told me I could go grab other things off of the shelf for an exchange. I was in a rush, so I came back today. I grabbed other items to exchange for, and when I went up to the register, the woman asked who I had spoken to. I did not get the persons name who I had spoken to, but she went and got another team member. That team member told me since she did not have any of her other customers return the product that she could not give me credit for both of my girls, but that she would give me credit for one of them. This does not make sense… I am the one who has to lose money so that way anybody after me can get their store credit because I returned them first, therefore deeming it now a fully returnable item for everyone else?"
"Tonight (3/14/23) I was in the store with my daughter just browsing each aisle. We were not there long and I begin to listen to the MANAGER telling a younger male employee very loudly how to do his job. It was how she was teaching him. She was teaching him by degrading what another employee doesn't do right. She went on and on for over 15 minutes about how bad another employee there is stocking the shelfs etc. AND "HOPEFULLY YOU WILL DO A BETTER JOB THAN THE OTHER EMPLOYEE". WOW, JUST WOW! I was extremely appalled by this. Patrons/ customers of the store should not hear this incredibly inappropriate interaction. Is this how a manager teaches employees how to do their job? By talking about how bad another current employee is?! Sounds like an extremely toxic work environment here. Another customer also heard this and agreed when I mentioned this was inappropriate. I FINALLY HAD enough, and I approached the manager and called her out on her inappropriate actions. The manager apologized and said that she would tell the employee she was "talking bad " about them. ( I honestly doubt she will, her attitude quickly changed to just say whatever she could to smooth over this situation) She definitely shows signs of being a toxic micromanager. So to the owner... please reply with your contact info. I WOULD LOVE TO DISCUSS THIS EVENT with you. You need to know!"
