The staff is very knowledgeable of their products, do what they can to help you out, and go above and beyond for their customers. Adam and Anna in particular deserve high praise for the lengths they go to in order to help you find what you're looking for."

"I showed up to this location at 6:20 pm on Sunday, they close at 7 pm. A sign was on the door stating they would be back at 6:35 pm. It turns out the two workers were sitting in a car watching people walk up and pull on a locked door. We even asked if they were waiting they said "yes." Once they got out of the car and unlocked the store doors I left. I have no plans on visiting this established again. I'm not sure why if you have two workers you would feel the need to close the entire store losing business instead taking breaks individually."

"The corporation stopped allowing members to use their monthly $5 reward towards Nintendo eshop cards, so I canceled my membership. When you sign-up for the membership, you pay for the full year. This location refuses to allow me to use my $5 monthly rewards because I canceled my membership but I have the $5 activate reward that is still valid every month until my membership expires."

"I didn’t get the employees name, however i need to shout him out. I went over today in hopes of finding a loungefly bag. While they didn’t have the one I was looking for in stock, the employee tried to look up the item for me. He still didn’t find it but was able to show me the rest of the five nights at Freddy’s items. I ended up with some stranger things funkos and had a great conversation with him. Give this guy a raise lol"

"Very unpleasant experience with the district manager. I have many people in my family who are avid gamers so I accumulate GameStop gift cards throughout the year so I can buy them Christmas gifts. I went into the Highland GameStop and wanted to purchase the Nintendo switch OLED and games with gift cards but, the district manager accused me of stealing the gift cards. He refused to sell me anything. Afterwords I called corporate to talk to them and they apologized and allowed me to order everything I needed on the phone with the gift cards . This was the worst experience I have ever had at a store. I will not be returning to any of the GameStop in Northwest Indiana."
