"Ruth from Sephora the Highland Indiana location was AMAZING!!! I have been looking for over 13 years for the perfect concealer. Although I did my own research on the brand I wanted to try, I ended up purchasing the wrong shade for myself. Again I was about to give up but I went back to the same Sephora I brought the wrong concealer from the night before, not only did Ruth direct me to where I needed to be but offered to help me find the perfect match. After testing the product on me I was shocked to see how beautiful it turned out. I wanted to cry. No more under eye dark circles thanks to Ruth. Without her help I’m positive I would have purchased the wrong shade again. She even suggested in the future other brands she think’s would work for me as well. She was friendly, made me feel good about myself and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Ruth."

"Went to the Sephora inside this Kohl's and the customer was not very friendly. Didn't greet us, didn't talk to us at all, made us feel as if we were being a bother, and was audacious enough to roll her eyes at me, my mother, and another customer. It was a bit busy, and with the Holidays around I understand that it can be a bit stressful, but as a customer, I expect my family and I to receive a higher quality of hospitality. Will definitely be thinking twice about shopping at this location again."
