Target 10451 Indianapolis Boulevard, Highland, IN 46322

"My first time having BAD service at this target in highland,indiana. I did the app ordering for pick up, the items i purchased was Dammage Badly !, but most of all the Potato chips were COMPLETELY CRUSHED ! (I dont know if there staff was angery or did not want to do the order )? What ever the problem, it is UN-CALLED FOR ! But I give a 2 STAR, because They REFUNDED ME FOR ALL 5 ITEMS that was DAMMAGED, but I feel very diffrent about this target in Highland, Indiana, it is NOT GOOD ! and (To the person that so Evil prepared my order, I Turned you over to GOD !, I HOPE YOU GIVE YOUR LIFE TO GOD, Before it is too late !)"

"The store is always packed and the shelves are usually empty/not conditioned, no workers greet you or ask if you need any help finding anything and I found a couple things on my receipt priced differently than the shelf stated. I was pleasantly surprised today to see no huge line at the only open register, and the cashier was very friendly (I did not catch her name). On the way out of the store I walked through a vape cloud from one of the employees, a tall guy with a beard, glasses and long red hair. This is the closest Target to me so I will probably continue shopping here, but it’s never a trip I look forward to."

"Lines for check out are EXTREMELY LONG recently. I used to brag about the customer service and fast check out process and now Target is worse than Walmart (which means TERRIBLE). There were basket of items all over the store and blocking shelves making it difficult to find, reach and obtain items on my list. I got frustrated and only got 1/12 items only because I was completely out of it. Then stood in line for 45 minutes to check out the one item."

"I will say the worker who brought out my order for drive up was nice and quick. However, my order was full of old salad mixes that were brown and slimy. Tried calling customer service to see if anything could be swapped or replaced and they kept hanging up on me. I never go inside, it's always a disaster. I guess now pick ups aren't an option either. This target is a convenient location but I will drive out of my way to not have to shop here again."

"This store is a disaster. The manager should be terminated for letting it get to the point of absolute ruin. Constant huge lines, unshelled stock all over the sales floor, messy shelves. I walked in one evening to exactly 6 carts available…everything else was spilling all over the lot. Embarrassing when I went with friends from out of town who, after about 5 minutes, said it was the worst Target they’ve ever been to."
