"Went in tonight to get an item that the website said was available for in-store pick up. Decided to go in and get it myself instead of pre-purchasing before I got there and turns out it wasn’t in stock. While that stinks b/c I needed it tonight, the employee is what made the encounter memorable. He didn’t care at all about anything other than that I was inconveniencing him by asking about something he didn’t have. No customer service whatsoever. Maybe all the other employees are great, if so, I’m sorry they have to work with him."

"It's always pretty empty in here. Nobody was in the store and it still took 10 mins for an associate to come help me. An associate helped me see the differences between the different printers and that was helpful. I decided to get toner instead, and I waited 10 mins only to find out they didn't have the toner. So I was in there for 30 mins for no reason. Could've went Staplea or another office supply store and probably gotten better results."
