"I am here in the laundry mat and I was asking the employee on shift about one of the machines that I am using because there is no water coming down on my clothes. The employee tells me to go to the sink and pour water into the machine to wash my clothes. My clothes came out dry and unclean. The employee which doesn’t want to give her name is a liar which she told the owner myself and another customer overloaded the machines, a disgrace in the black community because of her nasty demeanor and not willing to assist. People like her give this laundry mat a bad name."

"The whole reason I chose this location is due to the credit card reader - which worked once, and has failed ever since. Something about "communication error, inform an employee." When I inform an employee, they are useless. The "double load" washers (i.e. smallest ones) are typically out of service, meaning I have to pay extra for washer space I don't need. Also the Sunday morning woman is rude and bossy - she told me I couldn't put my nice, clean reusable bag briefly on a table, because "it's SANITARY!" Guess what lady, this bag is going back on the table when I'm folding my clothes, anyway, so take that control freakery someplace else."

"Unfortunately it's so unbearably hot in the facility and I basically have to share a cart with other fellow patrons because there aren't enough to go around. Can get laundry done but in the most uncomfortable setting."

"AVOID at all costs. The attendant on June 8th,2024 told me I could not do any laundry because it was past 8:30pm….I was literally at the door at 8:35pm. 2 minutes of which included me telling this woman it won’t even take me to 10 pm to do my load if I only plan to use one washer & one dryer without folding. Even folding only takes me 10 minutes to do. There were only 3 ppl inside, 2 of which still had their clothes in a washing machine.No type of common courtesy at all.I only had one load,that would not take even more than 40-45 minutes to wash & dry. A 6 ft African American lady with glasses kept saying “nope, I can’t make any exceptions,we are closed” while trying to lock the second doors as well. Talk about thirsty to end your shift so you can go home early. laundromat doesn’t close until 10pm & she already had half the laundromat cleaned on one side and was literally pitbull guarding the entrance to the second door to prevent anybody from coming in. The other male attendants I’ve experienced in this laundromat who are older in age, are much more pleasant than the one I unfortunately had to encounter today. My father lives in a house practically the next street over,walking distance from this laundromat, and I’ve been coming to this laundromat on & off for over 8 years, this is the FIRST time any attendant has ever told me I can’t do my laundry because I’ve arrived 5 minutes past the time of last wash. On top of that,outside of some black bedsheets that were on my laundry carrier, I came with a light load. This will be the LAST time I come here,especially if this 6ft lack of courtesy strict over 5 minutes lady will be on shift. The sitting chairs are dirty, vending machines have issues dispensing certain products, washers/dryers are fine… if they working. Biggest plus is just convenience because other laundromats close by are smaller. Put better chairs, hire friendlier staff who actually enjoy their job.It’s always an issue with the attendants, all but 1 have any sense & professionalism"

"They have machines but the service is still horrible. There is no hot water and they don’t seem to care. Even when the girl called the supervisor. She told her not to even tag it out because it is not their problem as long as the machine is turning. Even though the tags the owner supplied them clearly has an option for no hot water. Of course even after taking my number and calling her team leader I suspect they won’t bother calling"
