"First what is good about the service: Same day pickup One day turnaround Driver's follow instructions Now here is why I would not recommend Rinse unless you are ok with losing some of your items or getting other people's items. I think it's because they don't check between loads of there is anything remaining in the machine. We have been using Rinse since April 2023 only because we moved to an area that is out of the service area for our preferred laundry service (Happy Nest). Compared to Happy Nest, it's more than double the price ($120/mo for Happy Nest and $260/mo for Rinse). There have been 4 or 5 times we have found someone else's items in our laundry, which concerns me since it makes me think we are losing our clothes too. We are just so busy that we plan to keep using this service and lose our clothes until our schedule gets more manageable. Until then, I will post each time I get someone else's clothes in hopes they get it back."

"This place was so helpful for me during busy season (accounting) and when my laundry room had issues. Now, however, my opinion has changed. I have had 2 orders now that had items missing upon return. Also, pajama bottoms returned with the drawstring completely pulled out. Just careless."

"Rinse has given me my weekends back! For someone who sometimes wears three outfits in a day, laundry would take up so many hours of my time. The communication from the staff is timely and professional and the company is completely trustworthy. I am so grateful that Rinse services my area!"

"Almost an excellent experience. Although I was concerned because I would randomly receive other peoples clothes from time to time. However, recently it has been more frequently. I had the subscription monthly, I also noticed about 2 loads ago that my towels would still have my coco butter smell in them. This last load, I had a few of my more bright colorful pieces in it. When I unfolded them and took them out the bag, they were obviously dirty. The pink piece I actually send with every load because I west out frequently, every time it come back it appears dingier than the last. So I went to the sink and washed them out by hand, and the dirt came right out. I pulled out the pink piece and it was the same situation. This time I had an unusual amount of someone else’s clothes in my bag. Now I am just uncomfortable allowing this company to take my clothes in their hands. It is clear to me that whomever is washing the clothes tends to just fold them, or maybe overwhelmed with the loads and choose to fold dirty clothes and bag them. This would’ve been perfect if I can trust the people who are handling my clothes to do what they are supposed to do. unfortunately this is not the case."
