She was meticulous with even the smallest details, like the edge where an undermount sink meets the counter. Even our glass shower doors have never sparkled like that. I found no area that she missed! Seriously. Our home has never been cleaner and I will always request her! About Val's in general...they were very responsive and detailed with the scheduling. "Dulce did an amazing job cleaning our house! We did a standard clean and included baseboards. She got into corners and places I didn’t even think of. The house smelled great after she was done. Plus, I really liked how she asked questions to make sure everything was done the way we wanted. Definitely recommend her and Val’s if you need a thorough clean."

"Save your money and go elsewhere. This is the second time I’ve used this company over a 12 month span, so I can say confidently this is their normal business practice. Both experiences were exactly the same. Scheduled a deep clean of my new home prior to us moving in. I figured having no furniture or anything in the home would make the cleaning much easier. We arrive the next day with our movers and as we entered the home we could immediately tell they did a bad job. Looked like they spent 5 minutes in each bathroom, breezed through the kitchen missing the fridge and microwave, and didn’t do some of the “deep clean” features like wiping baseboards and cleaning the laundry room. When you call to discuss the sub par job they play this ridiculous game of calling you back every time they have to speak to the manager. First call they offer 5% refund. Then when you refuse, they say they have to call you back, and then proceed to offer 10% refund. After 5 phone calls with Jamie over a 24 hour span you end up on a 20% refund as “the best they can offer”. Just a bad company, with a bad service, and even worse customer service. And when I asked them why they didn’t clean the shower head, they told me “the tech was too short” like it was my problem…"
