"I have nothing to say about this branch, but good things. Yvonne is someone who makes customers feel welcomed and well taken care of. She does as much as she can to help you with your banking doubt and gladly guides you into the right direction. Let us have more Yvonnes."
"Came in to the branch right before closing. The staff was very accommodating and personable. The banker that assisted me, Kenyatta, not only helped me with my banking issue but also informed me of Chase services that I qualified for but didn't know about. Glad to have this as my branch office."
"Extremely horrible customer service!! We came in to get help, after no success on the Chase phone app. But all we ended up getting was the run around. We waited for a manager for this location, so he can speak to us. All he did was take one look at my account and said: It’s at least a 15min wait for tech/fraud support and we close at 5pm. We got there at 4:20! He just didn’t want to wait or even help us. He even suggested we go elsewhere. Also making comments that he was working the teller area all day. Okay, isn’t that your job! There was NO effort to even help us and no apology for making us wait. Just to tell us we can’t help you. You really need to take customer service classes. Because the experience here was just lazy and disappointing."
"Horrible customer service, My name is Anita Jones. Went in to the location on (aug 11th. At 5pm) to withdraw money from a NEW account. I asked for 4000$ back. After the bank teller agreed that i could get the money she wasn't able to give me MY OWN MONEY because i didnt have a debit card YET because the account was NEW...only 3days old. So she calls the supervisor Andrea over she asked me to put on my mask now I'm talking to the tell her through a window I'm not feeling well my breathing is shallow because I'm sick and my mask is hanging meaning I have the mask I'm just communicating with the teller at this point so I pulled down the mask tp explain to her that I wasn't breathing well so I could not talk where the teller would understand me with the mask over my face . what I'm saying unless I pull the mask down I'm so weak and sick that I'm sitting in a chair in front of the teller they had to pull a chair over because I wasn't feeling well ( from a cancer diagnosis) to make a long story short because I didn't do what she asked me. She refused to give me my money. She gave me the hardest time with a bunch of lies why she couldn't release my money and then told me that I would have to wait for my debit card withdraw any of the money that was in the account. I ended up leaving the Calumet city branch going over to the South Holland branch where the money was given right away I did not have a problem they did ask me for my debit card I explain to them that the account is new. The supervisor apologized to me and told me that she was sorry that I went through everything I went through at the Calumet city branch and she gave me the money with no problem this branch is horrible and Miss Andrea is nothing more than someone who wants to throw her weight around with the key that was given to her to run the front line. Andrea you have clearly let your small position go to your head. Himble yourself sweetie, as you can see, what you wont do another branch will."
"Walked in this branch to open an account, it was basically empty. I stood in the middle of the bank and waited for someone to assist me and after a minute or so, I saw two guys come out if a cubicle laughing and joking with each other, I'm still waiting for someone to assist me. The gentleman finally walked over to acknowledge me, but by then I felt this was not the branch I wanted to open an account with. He asked if he could help me, I asked was this a good time for me to open an account because it took so long for someone to notice me standing there. He told me "he's not going to knock over another customer to get to me". There were no other customers in the bank, what was he talking about? I felt so insulted and disrespected, I left and went to another branch, on Torrence Ave where I was acknowledged as soon as I hit the door, and they actually had customers in the bank. CHARLES KOOMSON, you need additional customer service training, no you don't have to "knock over anyone" but you can be respectful to individuals that come to do business at the bank."
