"I Went in to replace a broken Xbox controller they sold me with my Xbox one s they gave me another controller and I left the store. after I got home I found that the replacement controller was broke I went back again told them it wasn’t working then they replaced the second broken controller. I again went home to play a game and the third controller was broken I went back to the store to request another controller that either worked or was brand new and was told they were out of controllers I asked the cashier for my initial controller back and was told that she had thrown it out...at that moment I believe a manager yelled out “if he wants it back give it to em”and I see him holding the controller in his hand ... the cashier then proceeded to go conference with him and came back and told me that the controller was sold. After this I asked for a refund for my controller and was told if I wanted a refund I would have to return my entire consol"
