"I go to the one in River Oaks just as much as my own because I'm a share branch customer. The service there is horrible three incidents happen...1I.) I ask for singles and they never have singles I stated and the young lady said go to your credit union and get them .2. Another lady said the same thing on a different day ..3..Stood of saying they were closing a teller had ignored me while I'm sitting there in drive thru and didn't say anything and just left. Need to train better I don't need feedback or a sorry ..I'm a do what your teller said and stay at my own credit union ."
