"was in there this morning have been going there for over 3 yrs… the attendant was not at her station i accidentally put $5 bill in machine received $5 in quarters asked the attendant once i located her if i can get 5 singles she said with a nasty attitude ‘im not changing that i’m not going to give you 5 $1 bills you should of asked me!”i explained again it was a mistake and that she was not at the counter she said i should of came and found her i told her nvm she screamed at me again and i just walked away n told her nvm … during the remaining visit she walked throughout the laundromat whispering to other patrons and people that she knew and called family what occurred and other patrons started to stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable i actually felt threatened i hurried up with my clothes and left i will not be returning"

"Laundry attendant is very friendly and helpful. The Korean guy isn’t very personable, but overall great place to do laundry. Very clean and well kept, especially the bathroom."

"I have been an attendee of this particular laundromat since 2018 and I can undoubtedly say that since my very first visit I've been met with nothing short of the utmost hostility, disrespect, stereotypical racism, passive aggressive demeanor & consistently demeaning sarcasm - in addition to a plethora of other unprovoked & unnecessary forms of verbal disrespect. For the very first time throughout my entire adult hood, I can honestly say I felt targeted and became the victim of stereotypical bullying and abuse from a semi-authoritative figure. I would never formulate such an opinion based on one or two occurrences and/or misunderstandings. However, since this has been a relentlessly consistent experience spanning the course upwards of 5 to 6 years, I felt the need to shed light on this company & it's manager. This particular location's complete disregard for providing average, let alone above-average customer service in any way is so obvious that I felt the need to write this review - not as a means to slander its name nor those that own it, but as a warning to anyone who is even considering investing in such a disgraceful place of business - if one could even call it a business."

"Huge & Very clean place, the owner is very kind, helpful and extremely meticulous, you will find him cleaning all day, floors, walls, machines. Drying in FREE. All size of machines available. Last wash 7.30pm!!!"
