"The service department is a scam. They did not acknowledge my extended service plan, and when I called to inquire about it later, the service manager, Jordan, hung up on me. He also hung up on a service manager from another Lincoln dealership when he tried to explain I was overcharged. I was told by Lincoln that the dealership was supposed to submit the claim. They are extremely unprofessional and unscrupulous, and I will be taking further action. The fact that Jordan felt comfortable enough to treat a customer that way is very telling. Please do not take your vehicle to be serviced here."

"I would not purchase a vehicle from any Napleton Auto Group store again. If you come with a funding agreement statement from your lender as I did, they will still require you to complete a credit app and add a hard pull to your credit history. This is the third vehicle I have purchased in about the same number of years as well as the third dealership. I have looked at many cars in the process and no one else has ever denied my request to put the vehicle on a lift and let me look under it as they did here. Also, my salesperson asked me for proof of insurance. I expected this and had brought a copy to provide. When my salesperson brought the document to their manager I heard the manager say it was only needed for new cars, not used. The manager then crushed it up and threw it away. If it wasn't needed or wanted, it should have been returned to me. My salesperson was excellent but my interactions with management did not meet the "Lincoln Experience" I expected."

"Went in for a recall they did the recall and tried to bleed my brakes and broke a bleeder screw and continued to say it was missing as if I was driving like that already and tried to charge me 1000 dollars to get it fixed. I asked if it was safe to drive I got told yes I drove off the lot and got to the light and couldn’t brake I had to pump my brakes for me to stop. I also mentioned that I work at a napleton dealership down the road."
