"Avoid this place at all cost the manager lady that runs this store is so rude and yells at everone even the elderly I saw her try to charge an older man an extra 100.00 on top of his rental then told him if you can't pay get out. She reversed my rental on a auto transport because I back in front of trailer without her standing there when she came yelling at me I told her to calm down stop yelling I'm only picking up straps off the ground lol sorry madam. Maybe some edict training and working with the public."

"There’s nothing that would have improved my experience. The team was friendly and knowledgeable about what was available and was able to direct me to another location for the one thing (of 8) I needed that wasn’t available here. If I wasn’t moving so far from the area I would come back here for all needs! Thank you J. Johnson for your love of what you do."

"I wouldn't use these guys again. We rented a truck and put a total of 6 miles on it in about 20 minutes. Made the mistake of not verifying the 3/8 gas in the tank was accurate and was charged an additional $13.75. They did advise me to check everything before I left. So my fault on expecting a simple good faith deal on a very quick rental. They are very thorough and don't dispute we only put 6 miles on the truck, yet still feel entitled to the gas charge. Congratulations on being correct but it's definitely not right. Shady way of doing business. Pensky is right there in the same lot and Home Depot also usually has a truck available for rentals."
