"Don't ask them for anything specific that isn't basic high school personal auto care level knowledge. The Friday to weekend shift really hates doing their job and I don't even know why they work there. Their life is just sooo hard. O'Reilly's is across the street, just go there. The employees are better, and more knowledgeable, and don't get annoyed by simple questions. I ended up taking my items back just because of the principle. I wasn't even surprised by the low tier employees they have, I just needed an immediate tool for a job. I recommend their employees learning a new skill so they don't have to take their skill issue anger out on others because they work at a job they hate."

"The employee they have answering the phone and being the counter is very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me mid phone call and when I came in got into an argument an cussing and screaming behind the counter like he slow save your time, peace and money and just go somewhere else. trash !"

But O' Reillys didn't have a problem looking to see if the battery, alternator, starter to name a few where working and the engine light was not on then. But look what Neighborhood it's located at enough said! Never again..."

"There is a disgruntled employee who declined me services. I was making a run for the auto shop I work in and he didn’t even bother to call the shop to verify. Employee name is Wen. He was getting frustrated because I wanted a battery tested and his battery tester wasn’t working. I was trying yo figure out if I needed a battery or if my battery was still in decent condition. I’ll never give this place my money ever again. This place blows. They’re there to collect a check, couldn’t care less about customers."
