"I went in to get my truck's audio system upgraded. I bought my own equipment in. Manny did tell me from the start that he usually didn't install the type of equipment that I bought. He stated that it probably wouldn't give me the sound that I desired. Well, it didn't. I had to have it uninstalled! Manny suggested equipment that would give me the sound I wanted. It's fantastic! It's just what I wanted and more. I'll be going back for more upgrades."

"Came to Audio Essence as a first time customer for install of radio that I purchased outside of their shop. Had issues installing myself and Manny was great making it right. Install was clean and will return for any other work needed which I am already planning for addition of subs. Small shop and busy which means you may have to wait but in my opinion I rather wait and have it done right. Customer service was good and wife was nice. Decided to have tint also done and so far came out fine. I'm waiting the full 5 days for curing so I shouldn't have any problems. I would definitely recommend and will be a return customer. "WARNING BAD TINT JOB!! They will always blame the customers saying you rolled down windows. Everything was fine until yesterday. Tint job was made in summer 2022. We listened to their instructions and didn’t roll down the windows for a whole week. How does rolling down windows now affect the tint job??? It’s even the front dashboard tint that’s coming off. Tell me, how did I roll down the dashboard window?? They will give you every excuse to not have it redone. When they gave us the car, we stated that there was bubbles underneath. We were told it will go away with time. Well with time the tint adhesive started peeling. Instead of fixing the tint they said, “it will be a $45 fee to have it redone”. They’re recharging you for a job that wasn’t done properly. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Instead of answering professionally they spoke to us in a harsh tone and were really rude towards us."
