Sam's Club Tire & Battery

"Went in for a battery and was showed the battery I needed. Was given an appointment for 2 days later. Showed up 2 days later at my appointed time and sat in the store to be called when work was done. Hour later no call yet. I go to the counter to find out status only to be told they dont change the battery for my model vehicle. You didnt know this 2 days prior? An hour prior? I'm done with Sam's, wont be renewing membership, bad customer service."

"Horrible! For three days I’ve been calling to make an appointment and no one answered. So I finally decided to drive up here and I’m told it’s appointment only! How do you make an appointment when your not answering your phones??????"

"Do not recommend!!! I drove up there to get my tire looked at. I acquired about the service time and was told that he couldn't give me an accurate time. The worker told me to wait by garage 4. I waited 30 minutes!!! After 30 minutes I blew my horn and another worker came out. I asked about the wait time and i was told that I was suppose to go to the service desk. I asked "why didnt the guy tell me that" and he said that "he didnt know". I go to the service desk, I spoke with the manager and the manager offered to look at my car (which he did). The manager was kind and so was the worker that told me to go to the service desk. Nobody should have to waste time and go through a manager just for someone to look at a tire. Ridiculous!!!!!"
