"I made an appointment on Zocdoc with this office and was given an appointment over 2 weeks from the date I made it. I received 3 confirmations that my appointment was set. Two days before my appointment, I got a call saying my appointment was not set… they didn’t have my info from my insurance. My insurance company provided all the necessary info and they refused to acknowledge it. My appointment was canceled and Dr. Carpenter’s office did nothing to rectify the situation. I am very disappointed with their level of professionalism and follow-up. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone looking for a new Primary Physician… after waiting over 2 weeks I now have to find a new Physician. They also said they don’t use Zocdoc but they confirmed my appointment ( THREE TIMES ) that I made through Zocdoc …"
