"The nurse practitioner tried to turn me away because I refused to allow her to record the conversation. Not to mention, the medical assistant started recording without consent. Upon explaining, I had a real medical concern the practitioner was obviously ignoring and then having to request to speak to the facility director if I was to be denied medical care, she continues and then creates false statements in the medical notes. Yet another awful and poor medical experience with Advocate."

"Horrible I had surgery and had to wait a month to be seen for my Two week postpartum. Hard to get a appointments doctor doesn’t even check in on patient that she did surgery on. When I was in the hospital for a week only seen her twice, clearly she’s busy and doesn’t need to take on new patients"

"Ive tried just about every advocate clinic on the southside sykes imani village, 103rd etc. They do not prioritize the patient it takes them weeks to respond to messages if they ever do. When you have urgent results they do not notify you right away. They suck at refilling rxs on time or sending it to the right pharmacy. They never confirm that the pharmacy got the rx They always keep you waiting for appointments. They just want to cut on you and make bad decisions for you pockets and health Will have you go without medication because you haven't been seen in a few months that goes for their derms gynes and primary care provider."
