"My wife use to be his patient. She always complained about his tardiness and when he arrived he could care less. The last straw with her was she goes to pick up her medication and has one pill in which they charged our private insurance for the entire script. He could care less."
"The Dr is very kind and understanding. He cares for your health but the wait is terrible. I have to make my appointments after 4:00pm cause it won’t be that long. Made an appointment at 2:30pm and he don’t get there until 3:00pm-3:30pm. Other than that my staff and dr is nice. I make my appointments on their portal cause they never seems to answer the phone for some reason."
"Let's just say, this clinic must be use to dealing with poor people who can't/wont defend themselves. Let me start of by saying both of my boys been with this same doctor for the last 5 or 6 years. Rarely do they see him because they're pretty much healthy kids and, I have only taking them for regular check ups for school physicals. Dr. Vancol is an ok doctor but, I feel as though his practice is just a side hustle and he's not receptive to the complaints patients may have. I was never a fan of the office hours and God forbid you have an emergency, you wouldn't be able to get a hold of him. Especially, during the weekdays on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Let me start with the issue at hand. 1st- They failed to notify me of the new location so, on Good Friday both of my kids had a scheduled doctor's appointment. (Automatic system calls for me to verify the appointment, and I did), I went to the old location and was notified the office had moved. 2nd- They knew they were closed yet, they scheduled an appointment on Friday, April 19th. Meanwhile, my son and I made arrangements from work to be at this appointment. That of which, never happened because, they were closed! 3rd- I wasn't aware I had to wait in a germ infested hospital waiting room inside of Roseland Hospital. I would have switched their PCP last year had I known this. Anyway, this was very unprofessional of his staff and to add insult to injury, the dimwit receptionist who scheduled the appointment called me with an attitude and got mad because I told her, I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company and switched my kids PCP that Friday. She proceeded to tell me to have a good day and I hung up on her. NOT everyone that comes through your office have substance abuse issues or, are dumb and don't know any better. You got the right one though. Because of that, it cost you two patients! Oh, I wouldn't recommend this clinic for my dog. Find another doctor who practice with care!"
"Dr. Vancol is helpful and attentive. Sometimes it is a challenge to schedule an appointment but he has always listened and made efforts to address our families concerns. To date, his office staff have always been equally kind and helpful, so I prefer to stay with this medical team."
"The worse service i had in my life. Been trying to make an appointment for 3 months. No one can contact him no one can tell me how to make an appointment for my son to get seen. He end up getting stitches in his hand i had to go to the primary doctor to get them taking out. 3 weeks later still couldnt contact the doctor. The clinic was moving so they say so they didnt have regular hours. I couldn’t do a walk in. Worse service in my life. I will be changing my son doctor asap"
