"My lady got her class b top altered here. I was amazed about how quickly she did it, but noticed how many wrinkles she put in it and how many creases were put on it. It was like it was ironed on the hanger because even the rank was pressed in. Lastly, we noticed one of the buttons was broken, and this was a brand new top she got at clothing and sales."

"It's obvious that she picks and choose who she wishes to service! Last year, I took a romper in to get taken up(hemmed) in which she immediately informed me that she was not taking any alterations. My husband, who uses her all the time, told me that we were going back and she would do it. Reluctantly, I went right back with him and like he said, once she saw I was with him she did it. Luckily, there's another alteration shop not too far from hers, where we ended up going and the customer service along with my expectations were beyond measures. My husband, along with everyone else we know are moving our business to where everyone is treated equally."
