"Best car wash in Hinesville. The wash even smells good like bubble gum. They will give u free air fresheners that actually smell. A employee(Jesus) was passing out cold bottles of water. They even have super cute ScrubPup(dog wash) very clean no dog smell or balls of fur left around"

"I went there April 25th, Thursday. Very good car wash. There is allot of space once you clear the tunnel. The customer service is great, for now. Hopefully it stays that way as time goes on. The vacuum is very strong and doesn't make that crazy squealing noise. They have 2 vacuum nozzles, one for regular floor mats with the flat tip and a secondary one with the thin tip for the crevices in your vehicle. They have the towels at each cleaning station attached to where the vacuums are with the dirty towel bins scattered along behind the cleaning stations. As far as sprays go, they have your glass cleaner and also an All Purpose cleaner for any interior surfaces. They also have this little air gun to clean out the crevices of your car where the water likes to stay and run out later. A staff member named Trent was very helpful with helping me understand how the wash experience works. Very good wash. I give it 5 stars due to all that. The cons or negative is, the tire shine DOES shine the tires, no complaint there, but it gets your rims very dirty. Other than that it's a good wash place. Cheaper than tidal wave so I'll definitely be signing up. June 2nd 2024 Update: So I didn't know this but they actually have a machine you run your mats through UPSIDE DOWN and it cleans them for you, no water, but a vacuum type system that removes all the dirt off. Also, I am posting pictures for everyone to see what services they have. Thank you"

"Last week while I was about to get a prewash I heard a loud bang, after the car wash I was drying the car off I noticed a dent on my trunk, I talked to the manager on site and they called me back 2 days later to say the owner was on vacation and I would have to wait to see if they would let me see the video. Well today I met the owner and he said there was no way that their brushes / handles could do that kind of damage. He then took the brush and slammed it into his own truck to show it could not be caused by his brush. I then asked if I could still see the video and at that point he became irate and belligerent and forcibly said no, at this point I left and am never coming back, I am going back to my original Carwash Express, the only reason I left them is they started having some mechanical issues. If you value your car I do not recommend going to them. The owner admitted to hearing a noise on the video but still would not let me see it. In reply to what you said, it was when I was talking to him on the phone and not the chat that he stated that he heard something but did not know what it was. And all this could of been avoided if you just showed me the video, what he refused to do."
