"I have been a customer for over 25 years. The service was beyond exceptional, and the prices were reasonable. I am no longer a customer. I have never paid $78 in Lamas Cleaners. I am stunned! I have been patient, and the less I bring, the higher the price. Where is the nice young cashier? The person replacing her is not friendly at all. I'm truly disappointed, Lamas Cleaners."

"Worst experience I have ever had. I dropped off 3 brooks brothers suits to be pressed with one of those to be cleaned. I had to wait 4 days after I was supposedly to be able to pick them up. They came back wrinkled and on shirt hangers instead of the suit hangers that I left them with. Worst of all all three suits over a 1000 dollars from brooks brothers have been destroyed. Irreparable damage was done here. This place is a scam and will ruin anything you care about!"

"Poor customer service. Took item to be starch with cuff. Ask attendant if I needed to pin cuff. Was advised No, a note will be placed on ticket to starch with cuff remaining. Next day pick up, cuff was OUT. Told attendant not happy with service, because main reason to have new item starch was to have cuff remained. Ask for manager, not available but was advised Hannah would call me back regarding issue. No call after 2-days. Upon calling and speaking to Hannah, she advise that next time I bring items they will pin it. No apology or adjustment for next service. I feel as they took my money without providing the service I requested and manager Hannah did not care. Sincerely, Dissatisfied customer"

"Rip off. My spouse put 3 1/4 length coat and quoted 30.00 for cleaning. When he went to pickup coat was charged 13.00 extra dollars for a belt and two little belts on the sleeves which is part of the coat. We have used this cleaners since the 90’s. Lady stated she had it in the computer so he didn’t get a ticket, which I would have never done. I understand we have been using the cleaners for years . We didn’t realize it was new owners since two years ago. It should have been stated a charge of 13.00 for belts prior to cleaning. Well won’t be using this service again. 43.00 to clean basically a jacket!!"

"Dropped off 15 shirts to be cleaned and pressed & prepaid, went to pickup 15 shirts days later (no hurry to have them done). I am only given 8 shirts (by hand) and asked to pay again, clerk has receipt in his hand. I explained 1) I already prepaid, you have the receipt with the "claim ticket" in your hand. 2) This is NOT all of them there should be more, after I hung them on the hook and counted. 3) He returned with the 7 missing shirts and proceeds to hand them over the counter rather than placing them on the hanger hook, the shirts slipped from the counter to the floor (plastic cover sliding up while falling), all I received was an apology. I should have received a refund for 7 shirts being cleaned & pressed. FYI- A surcharge for using a credit card applies, no notification before paying & calling the phone number listed gets you to a nonworking number."
