"TERRIBLE company. I locked my keys in my car yesterday morning and my car was running. I called them and they said they’d have someone call me. They finally called me 30 minutes later. They said they were on the way and they’d be here in 20-30 minutes. 40 minutes goes by and no one had called or showed up, so I called them again and he said 20-30 minutes AGAIN. Still no one showed up. My car was running with my keys in it and I waited on these people to show up for TWO HOURS. They finally showed up and charged me TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. I was handed the bill after they unlocked my car. It took them not even 3 minutes to get my car unlocked, and that’s worth $250 ????? This place is a joke."
