"I called because I needed an extension the lady i spoke with was so nice and understanding she talk to the region whoever he was to try to get me an extension. He told her to tell me either pay it or they will turn it off the next day mind you I'm a single mom of four girl and I'm never late but with back to school and groceries things got tight so I reached out, she wanted me to speak to him guy this old white man had no compassion at all his tone was why are you even talking to me, and when I express the issue he hung up in my face that was so rude BEFORE MOVING TO ANY AREA MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GEORGIA POWER AND NOT THIS COMPANY THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND THE CARE LESS ABOUT ANYTHING ROBERT MURRAY is his name"
